Never take a single room here unless you are used to the Japanese capsule hotel. It is really very small, no storage whatsoever, a table as big as a notebook. Otherwise clean and competitive...

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Being steps away from fukuriki kitahama sakaba was nice, we had dinner there.

Great spacious room, comfortable bed, good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
When we originally checked in, we were given a room with two single beds, although we had booked a superior double room. When we asked to change to the right room, at first this seemed to be a problem and we were told there were no rooms available. But on pressing them some more, we got what we had booked.

I recently stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel in a twin room for 4 nights. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to Namba and Umeda via the nearby subway. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room had 2 double beds, which was a nice bonus. The area felt safe and quiet, even late at night. We also enjoyed the amenities in the room, including tea/coffee making facilities and a microwave. Lastly, taking a walk down to the river provided us with lovely views and a great selection of cafes, bars, and restaurants.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We particularly liked that it was in a quiet area, away from the busy tourist spots. The staff members were attentive and courteous, always ready to assist us. The lobby was a welcoming space, with comfortable sofas and tables, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and iced tea. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also convenient for grabbing a quick bite in the morning. The amenities like air conditioning, electric kettle, and television were all in great working condition. this place offered us a comfortable and relaxing stay.
